Exchanges and Refunds

Ready-made and customized textile and linen products

WE WILL EXCHANGE OR REFUND AN ITEM ON THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

The product has a print or fabric defect.

When products have not been delivered as promised.

No refund will be issued for goods which were as ordered and dispatched correctly, i.e. correct fabric, design, size, etc.

Keep in mind that colors may vary from what you see on screen, to the actual printed fabric.

All parcels must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery. No refunds will be issued after this period.

Returns/exchanges can only be processed once we have received the item back in stock

SHIPPING ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

You will have to arrange for the item to be shipped, within 10 days of delivery, at your own cost to Breyten str 537, Faerie Glen, Pretoria, Gauteng, 4331

Once we have received the item(s), if applicable, the replacement item(s) will be shipped to you free of charge.

REFUNDS:
Upon receiving the returned item, it will be inspected for any damages caused by usage or incorrect care and washing. We will notify you once the item has been received and if your refund is approved or rejected.

Once your item has been approved for a refund, we will contact you directly to arrange the method of payment. Please allow a few days for payment to reflect in your account.

Please note that although we will try to always keep our customers happy, we hold the discretion to reject a return or exchange request should the product not be returned in an acceptable condition. This includes if the product was not handled or washed according to the correct washing instructions.
